Do you offer bespoke label and/or ribbon sizes?

The simple answer is yes we can. Maxim can accommodate all your label and ribbon requirements,whether it is a
standard self adhesive label material you require or a special material which will withstand specific elements &
environments. Maxim also offer to match ribbon compatibility with the media to ensure you receive the printed results you require.

Do you offer printer servicing for existing printers?

Yes. Maxim offer an Adhoc service, very much like a pay as you go service. We also offer on site Maintenance
contracts for existing printers, which include all parts and labour which gives you peace of mind that help is on
hand to get your printers back up and running in no time and at no additional cost.

Do you repair all printers, scanners & mobile computers?

Yes, Maxim have an in house workshop manned by a team of specialists who diagnose and repair all makes and
models of printers, scanners and mobile computers. We offer fixed price repairs for three different levels of repair starting

Do you repair scanners, mobile computers or Truck Mounts?

Maxim have an in-house workshop where all repairs are undertaken. We have the facility and engineers to carry out repairs
and service to all printers, barcode scanners, mobile computers and truck mounts.

What about delivery costs?

Shipping for up to 20kg cost £10. Shipping costs are for UK Mainland Only.

What about Guarantees/Warranties?

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. All warranties for compatible products match the warranty of their
OEM equivalent. Not all manufacturers warranty their product from the date of dispatch, some use the date of manufacture.
In all cases the manufacturer’s decision is final.

What if I have any queries when my goods are delivered?

Most orders will be delivered within 24 hours, however if you would like to check on the status of your order, login to your account and the current status will be displayed.
