How do I log a fault call?

Once you have logged in, you will get a 'Raise A Call' button appear in the navigation bar. Use this utility to raise a call by providing the serial number of the device which is on contract with us and the system will pull through the product. Make sure to include as much information about your problem as you can.

Ive forgot my account login details!

Your account will be the email you have on record with us and a password you have either previously setup or been emailed. If you can not access your account due to forgetting any of these details please contact our helpdesk by emailing [email protected] or give us a call on 0845 0700 599 and we can help you out.

Where can I find the serial number on my device?

The required serial number will be printed on a label located on the rear of the device, under the removable battery if there is one, inside the user-removable panels or within the software of the device you are having issues with. If you do not know the serial number of the device please give helpdesk a call and we can help locate the device you are trying to request a job for!
